Yes, you choose the balloon color and the message that you want on the balloon.

100% biodegradable latex balloons as well as mylar foil balloons. We use the highest quality balloon available.  Helium is very sensitive to extreme heat and cold, meaning that the lifespan of your balloons could be affected by the temperature of your house or the weather outside.

 

Yes, I do! We can fill them with mini balloons as well as confetti.

Step 1- Complete the quote form

Step 2- If your inquiry form is submitted over the weekend you can expect for me to contact you the following Monday. If inquiry is submitted Monday-Thursday you can expect to hear from me with 24 hours. 

Step 3- After we’ve gone over questions and you’re ready to proceed with payment, I will send over invoice as well as payment options.

All deposits made to hold the date of your event are non-refundable. In the event that your event is cancelled, a credit will be held on your account indefinitely and can be used within the 12 months that follow the date of the cancellation.

 Once the event has ended, the taking down of your arrangement is the responsibility of the client. If you are interested in us coming back to remove the balloons and command hooks, this can be provided at an additional charge.

If the garlands are mounted directly on a wall, I use wall friendly, 3M command hooks.

We always recommend garlands to be mounted to our backdrops.

Not at the moment. 

To speed up the installation process, I arrive at the event location with 80% of the decoration ready, and I finish the last details and arrangements on-site. This will also depend of the allowed setup time-frame.
